I really like this cool bit at the start of the song, 
so I thought I'd try and work it out.  I actually play Lead guitar
(Although I am fairly novice), but I figured it out on my mates Bass.

Oh yeah, GNR play tuned down half a step, but since I don't, 
I tabbed it for standard tuning.

At the start the guitar goes for a few bars, then this starts up...
