transcribed by Michael Blake (All work his own).


The guitar part is played on nylon strings.  Emphasis
is on the descending chromatic line from the A down to
the D. The M7 D7 6 and 9 chords highlight this line,
as well as the Eb Major to Eb minor change in the
second bar.

The song is in the form AABABAA with a piano solo on
the second to last A section.

(Bb7 instead of B7, D7 instead of Ebm, F7  chord in 
bridge was off by a string).
