Notation:

8p5 - pull off from 8 to 5
5h6 - hammer on from 5 to 6
7b9 - bend up one step (from the pitch of the 7th fret to the 9th)
      in the case of decimals ( i.e. .25) just bend 1/4 a step
8v -  just add vibrato to whatever is being played
s7-   slide up to 7 from an indefinite lower fret
7s-   slide up to an indefinite higher fret from 7th fret

This is my own work, and I attempted to put any pertinent=20
information below the song, and some kind of relevant time=20
progression above it.  I also put the chord changes at the top. =20
