The main chord progression which composes the whole song, verse and
chorus is simply F, Gm, Dm, Bb. And here are the lyrics...which were
originally typed by Phil H. with some modifications from me. I think
they're pretty much on now.

F Gm
She's ..
Dm Bb
We'll .
F Gm Dm Bb
and ..

She's ..
I'm ..
There ...

Still ..
Still ..

I'm ..
I ..
I'm ...
I ...
I'm ..
I ..

So ..
at ..
Walkin' ...
Like ..

We ..
We ..
As ...
It's ..
It's ...

I ..
My ..
I ..
My ..

I am not sure on some of these lyrics but they should be mostly correct. I
have been trying to figure out the cords for a while and can't seem to get
them. If you have any better ideas on the lyrics or the cords please let me
know.

Enjoy,

I believe the version of this song by Phil H. is slightly off. I think the
chord patterns actually alternate between (F, Gmin, Dmin, Bb) and (F, Eb,
Dmin, Bb) with the first chord pattern played straight through on the
chorus. Since these chords are diffucult to play, a capo on the first fret
and then play as if playing (E, F#min, C#min, A) and (E, D, C#min, and A)
works very well!
