Legacy
by Mansun

transcribed by Ben Hollis

This is only the intro arpeggio
but it's used throughout the
song(which is at least 4 minutes
too long)

The recorded version may be
down a semitone

The picking pattern is very
easy, but I haven't got my
guitar with me at the moment
so you may have to alter this
slightly

I don't know the names of the
chords but I think they're
both add4 chords:

x79800 (use fingers 1,2,3)
xx4660 (use fingers 1,3,4)

You should be able to pivot
on your ring finger

E-----------0-----0--------
B--------------------------
G------8-------8-----------
D----9---9-----------------
A--7-----------------------
E--------------------------

E--------------0------0----
B---------6-------6--------
G------6----6--------------
D---4----------------------
A--------------------------
E--------------------------

You can do a nice acoustic
strumming version of this by
messing around with your
pinky finger on the B string
at the 9th and 10th frets
