This is an unreleased song by the Dave Matthews Band.

The first part is what Dave plays through the song. 
At the end he changes it sometimes and I think think
the second thing is what he plays there.The bass line  
is pretty constant but he changes the picking some.

Here is Stefans part. Obviosly it should be played on
bass but you can play it on guitar and it sounds fine.
The fig A is what he plays the first few times when he
joins in with Dave. Then he switches up between Fig. A,
B, and C throughout the song.
