*Other than that, that tab looks correct.

All these guys are real close. I was really really bored one
day and watched the Letterman performance. There were some
differences in that performance and the cd, so i've gone with the
cd where possible.

The intro number 2 above is right until the B minor section.

Bm G
----2--22----2--22
----3--33----3--33
-0h2--4---0h2-0---

Dave Matthews has a habit of playing voicings of chords that=20
pull strongly towards the tonic. This song is no exception.
I hear a different chord than Mr. Matthews plays in the=20
Letterman performance, so I will notate both chords, and=20
let you decide. Most of the chords in the verse have no=20
high e string in it.

The pattern is D, Gsus2, Bmin7, Asus7. The Letterman
Performance shows Mr. Matthews going back to the Gsus2
Instead of the Asus7. Maybe I need to clean my ears, but
that's not the chord I hear. I might be deceived by the bass
playing an A below the Gsus2. Go with what you hear as right.
Also, there is also a hammer-on thrown in on occasion on the=20
G string like in the intro. The 0h2, then strum the chord.

Chords:
  D Gsus2 Bmin7 Asus7
-(2)------------------
--3-----3-----3-----3-
--2-----2-----2-----2-
--0-----0----(0)----2-
--------------2-----0-
--------3-------------

The bridge part is kind of weird, cause the Stefan Lessard isn't playing
the roots to the chords in all cases. The first two chords are D and
a flavor of C (sus2). But, the last two chords are both G chords.
The strong pull to the B and Bb (flat) are caused by Lessard inverting
the chords. If you're playing with a bass player, or are a purist of a
sort, play the first chords listed. If you're playing solo, the second
chords create a stronger feel towards what you hear..

Chords:
  D Csus2 G Gminor
-------(3)--3----3------
--3-----3---3----3------
--2-----0---0----0------
--0---------0----0------
--------3---2----1------
------------3----3------

Chords:
  D Csus2 G Gminor
-------(3)-(3)--(3)-----
--3-----3---3----3------
--2-----0---0----0------
--0---------0----0------
--------3---2----1------
------------------------

These corrections should have you playing right along (i think...) I = forget
how the soprano sax solo goes, and all i remember is it starts on an = Emin(7?).
