This song was very well done.  (hopefully my tab is too...)
I think of this song as a two-part song.  this is the first part, and
"Float on" is the second part.  (I almost have float on done, so look out 
for that).  Anyway...  heres "World At Large"

I think the guitar player playing this part has uses a delay pedal.
(I may be wrong.  I don't have any pedals, so I don't know.)
