"Van Halen" Bass Tab Artist: Nerf Herder Album: Nerf Herder This is a fairly simple song to play. All I have to go from is a 30 second video clip and the 2 times I heard the full song on the radio, so there may be more to it than what I have here. I'm sure there are corrections to be made, but this sounds pretty good. The main riff is: g----------------------------------------------- d----------------------------------------------- a------2-3-5--5-5-0-1-2--2-2-2-3----3-2-0------ e-3--3------------------------------------3---- This isn't to scale or anything, so listen to the song to get the strumming pattern. The solo mid-song is a great place to figure it out. There is another part that has a slight variation at the end: g--------------------------------------------- d--------------------------------------------- a------2-3-5--5-5-0-1-2--2-2-2-3-2-3-2-0------ e-3--3-----------------------------------3---- That's it (I think).
