From: "Tom Robichaud" Subject: n/nickelback/where_do_i_hide.tab Date: Fri, 26 Oct 2001 17:34:30 -0300 Where Do I Hide - by Nickelback - Album: Silver Side Up This is my first try at tabbing a song so please email me with any corrections, it would be appreciated. [INTRO] This is the intro, not sure what effects are used exactly e----------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------------------------- G----------------------------------------------------------------------- D----------------------------------------------7-7---7-7--7------------- A---------5-5-5--7-5-7-7-5--------------5-5-5--7-7---7-7--7------------- E-7-7-5-7------------------7-7--7-7-5-7--------5-5---5-5--5------------- [NOTE] >From this part down to where I marked [STOP HERE] is the rest of the = song up to the solo (don't have that yet). Just play this through 2x, the chorus is played again for a 3rd time though. [CHORUS] This is the part right after the intro, it's also exactly the same as the chorus part, you might want to try playing the notes with their powerchord equivalent, but it requires a lot of moving around... The first and second time you play this, play it 1x, the third, play it 2x e----------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------------------------- G----------------------------------------------------------------------- D-9-9-7-7-------------------9-9-7-7------------------------------------- A-9-9-7-7---7-5-7-7-5-------9-9-7-7---7-5-7-7-5------------------------- E-7-7-5-5-------------7-7---7-7-5-5-------------7-7--------------------- [PRE-VERSE] Now for the pre-verse part... e----------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------------------------- G----------------------------------------------------------------------- D----------------------------------------------------------------------- A---5---------------5----------------------5---------------5------------ E-7---7-5-7-5-7---7---7-5-7-5-7--5-7--7---7---7-5-7-5-7---7---7-5-7-5-7- e----------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------------------------- G----------------------------------------------------------------------- D-7--------------------------------------------------------------------- A-7--------------------------------------------------------------------- E-5--------------------------------------------------------------------- [VERSE] Now for the verse part, i'm least sure about this one, sounds like powerchords at some points but then it's the notes at other time... it might be Chad and Ryan playing two different guitar parts it's almost the same as the pre-verse but without the little parts in between Repeat this like 2x for each verse.... e----------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------------------------- G----------------------------------------------------------------------- D----------------------------------------------------------------------- A---5---------------5---------------5---------------5------------------- E-7---7-5-7-5-7---7---7-5-7-5-7---7---7-5-7-5-7---7---7-5-7-5-7--------- [STOP HERE] There's a part here, but i didn't get it, but it is there. [INTRO] Then it plays the intro again before the solo [SOLO] Not done...... Sorry... [VERSE] Now he sings part of the verse with no guitar, then it picks up half-way through it. [ENDING] It's the chorus, 2x, then only play that pattern once and it stops. = Listen to the song and what I just said will make a lot more sense. Please send any questions or comments to me, I'll be happy to answer = them.
