Date: Wed, 24 Dec 2003 15:37:29 -0000 From: Sue Grant Subject: p/parks_alex/cry.crd Alex Parks - Cry from the debut album "Introduction". No difficult chords but you do need to listen carefully to the timing of the chord changes, particularly in the chorus. Some are carried over into the following bar and some are anticipated before the first beat of the next bar. It's difficult to explain but easier to hear when it happens. There is also a slightly odd section length in the bridge section, moving from the usual 4 bars per phrase to three and then back to four. Hope it's close enough. Comments/corrections appreciated scg@labyris.net Alex - "keep them coming". 4 beats per bar, quite slow. Intro: | C | Em | C | Em | Verse 1: | C | Em7 | C | G | | F | Em7 | G | Gsus4 | Verse 2 (as above) Chorus: | F - G Am | Am | G | F - G Am | | F - G Am | Am | G | F | Verse 3 Chorus Bridge: | G | G | F | G | G | F - G Am | Am | Final chorus and outro: something like: | F - G Am | Am | Em7 | F | | F - G Am | Am | G | F - G F | repeat round then end on F
