From Pearl Jam's recording "Vs."

    ______  ===___   ________  ==========
    | | | | | | | | | | | |
e:-----------------------------------------|
B:-----------------------------------------|
G:------------------------------------PO---|
D:-----------------------------7-----(^^)--|
A:--------------------------------6--5--0--|
E:--5----5----5--5-----5----5--------------|

This is how the main riff goes. PO is a pull-off, and the rhythm is
very weakly shown above the bar. As far as the second part of the
verse goes, just hit a D Chord a couple of times like so:

e:-----------|
B:-----7-----|
G:-----7-----|
D:-----7-----|
A:-----5-----|
E:-----------|

And then for the chorus. Each one of these chords is a measure, and you can
strum them at will. Listen to the record for the correct feel.

As far as the solo goes.... it's in A with a lot of Wah... I don't feel
like taking the time to transcribe it. Although I recommend you just
kind of find the right key and play it. That's usually the way I do with
my band. Just know what key you're in and sort of jam, remembering the
overall thematic things. Have fun with this. If you need any help or
any other songs transcribed, let me know...
