The Am transition connects all parts throughout the song. Lift up your middle finger on whatever chord you're fretting occasionally to make it sound like the album. Sorry about the Bridge, but I'm doing this from memory, and can't remember how to play it off hand, the only chord i'm sure about is the Dm at the beginning.
