Listen to the song to hear the strumming patterns on the
verses, I've just listed the chords in the order they're
played in. There are several other guitars noodling around
as well so feel free to throw in some licks especially on
the F7 chord.

The solo section is broken up into logical licks, once again
listen to the song for timing. Lots of twangy bends that look
tricky because of the tab symbols but are really not difficult.
Also lots of artificial harmonics marked with brackets that
are notes picked with the thumb brushing up against the string.
Add some nice warm tube amp distortion to really bring them out.
