Puddle of Mud: Control
Tabbed by Rudolph Benik geckio007@hotmail.com

Here, this is sort of my first attempt at tabing a song. I saw the tab for
this song
on this site i knew it was no where near being tabbed right. I did my best
I think this
is exactly the way they play it (or the parts that i could tab). Well, here
you go:

Tuned with half a step down and in drop d.

Intro and Chorus:

eb|----------------------------------
bb|----------------------------------
gb|------------------5-555-----------
db|--0-000-03-33332--5-555-05-55553--
ab|--0-000-03-33332--3-333-05-55553--
db|--0-000-03-33332--------05-55553-- x2

The strumming goes like this but listen to the track to get it down good.

Bridge:

P.M. ...................................
eb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
bb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
gb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
db|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- --
ab|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- --
db|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- -- x4

Then the palm muting interval changes like this.

P.M. ......... .................
eb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
bb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
gb|- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
db|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- --
ab|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- --
db|- 12 14 14 14 14 12 14 14 14 14 17 -- 17 -- -- x4

Repeat this 4 more times with a little less palm muting then it goes with
out palm mutting like this:

eb|-- -------------------
bb|----------------------
gb|------------------7-7-
db|--0h2-2-2-0h2-2-2-7-7-
ab|--0h2-2-2-0h2-2-2-5-5-
db|--0h2-2-2-0h2-2-2-----

Then the Outro ends with the same as the Intro except with a little palm
muting.

P.M. ........ ........
eb|--------------------------------------
bb|--------------------------------------
gb|------------------55555555------------
db|--0-000-03-33332--55555555-555555553--
ab|--0-000-03-33332--33333333-555553553--
db|--0-000-03-33332-----------555553553--

in standard tuning here is the way the song goes

intro and chorus are
C#5 E5 B5 F#5

on the intro you hear a high pitched second guitar the tabbin for this is
    C# E B F#
e---x--------x--------x---------x-----
B---x--------x--------x---------x-----
G---6--------10-------4---------x-----
D---x--------x--------x---------4-----
A---4--------8--------2---------x-----
E---x--------x--------x---------2-----

then you play this on the part where it sounds muted

C#5 slide to E5 and back and forth

and thats pretty much it i dont know the solo sorry
