This Amendment is by Izaak Gray. =20 Listen to CD for timings, repeat everything as needed...yadda yadda Key: (b) - bend slightly (X) - pick scrape Intro / Chorus: For the intro, I believe this riff is played with a delay... AMENDED- E -------------- B -------------- G -------------- D -------------- A -----------0-2 E -0-2-2-0-2---- -AMENDED Right before the verses, you play this small riff with a wah... E --------------- B --------------- G -2-----1------- D --------------- A --------------- E ---2-0---0-0-2- Verse: Play this with the wah, the open E is played really quick... E ------------------------------------------------------- B ------------------------------------------------------- G ------------------------------------------------------- D ------------------------------------------------------- A ------------------------------------------------------- E -(0)-2--2--2--2--2--2--2--2--0--2--2--2--2--2--2--2--2- * After you play the above riff, don't play this note the first time Solo: The lead-in to the solo is the chorus riff, played with some effect that=20 I'm not sure of, but when I saw this being covered by another band, the=20 guitarist was sliding his finger on the low E between the second and fifth=20 fret and playing the natural harmonics, but I'm sure that Tom had an effect=20 for it... -AMENDMENT He turns the nob on his volume control very quickly up and down, to give=20 that effect right at the beggining. -AMENDED For the solo, Tom uses a harmonizer to get that funky harmonica sound, but=20 that's about all I know...
