Date: Wed, 15 Jun 2005 21:46:38 -0500 From: Joe Beck Subject: s/secret_machines/breathe.tab Song: Breathe Artist: Secret Machines, The Album: September 000 Opening Riff |-----------------| |-----------------| |-----------------| |-----------------| |-5-5-7-7-8-8-3-3-| |-5-5-5-5-8-8-3-3-| Mute Riff |--------------------| |--------------------| |--------------------| |---70-75-75----35-5-| |--------------------| |--------------------| There's some sort of mute effect on this. There are also a few different variations on this played throughout the opening. It's not that hard to figure out what's different each time, just play along until you get the hang of it. The rest of the song gets kinda sketchy as to what instruments are playing what. Some piano, bass, and drums come in and throw things off. I'm not the best at tabbing so here are the basic chords to take you through the rest of the song. Play them as bar chords, power chords, piano chords, whatever. Improvise.
