This is all my own work.

Heres a rough outline of the piano parts adapted for guitar. Play it nice and slow, with feeling. :)

Capo 1st fret
Nice clean tone

Intro (originally on a synth)

e---------------------------------------------------|
B---------------------------------------------------|
G---------------------------------------------------|
D----2-------2------4--5----2----0--------0---0-----|
A----3-------0------0--2----3----5--------3---2-----|
E----3-------2------2--0----0----2--------2---3-----|

Main

     C Dadd9 Em/A? Em/C Dadd9 G

e----0--------x----2----3-----0-----x-----------3----|
B----1--------3---------0-----1-----3-----1-----0----|
G----0--------2---------0-----0-----2-----------0----|
D----2--------0---------2-----2-----0-----------0----|
A----3--------x---------2-----2-----x-----------2----|
E----3--------2---------0-----x-----2-----------3----|

at 4:32

e----x------------------------------------------------|
B----x------------------------------------------------|
G----x------------------------------------------------|
D----2---4--5--------0------0---4--5--------0---------|
A----3-----------0------3-2-------------0------3-2----|
E----x---------3---3------------------3---3-----------|

at 4:54 I think another riff comes in over the top, sounds like it to my ears at least. This is my best attempt at a translation:

e----0--------0---------x----------x----|
B----1--------0---------x----------x----|
G----0--------0---------5----------4----|
D----2--------0---------5----------4----|
A----3--------2---------x----------5----|
E----3--------3---------5----------3----|

This riff below also comes in at 4:54. Its the main riff with a little variation, the G at the end is taken off. After a few bars the riff above stops and just leaves the one below to finish off the song.

e----0--------x----2----3-----0-----x--------------|
B----1--------3---------0-----1-----3------1---0---|
G----0--------2---------0-----0-----2--------------|
D----2--------0---------2-----2-----0--------------|
A----3--------x---------2-----2-----x--------------|
E----3--------2---------0-----x-----2--------------|

And there you have it. If you think this is laughably wrong, then feel free to have a shot at it! Any corrections, comments etc welcome.
