Comment: This one was kinda rushed, but it includes the solo. Hope you
like it and please, if you use it and find it useful let me know.
Comments good or bad are welcome.

[Main Base line]: Note this is a very important elemant in the song.
Other than some light strumming and some nice sounding
licks here and there this base line drives the song.

[Main Guitar Riff]: Chords that are played under the base. This is acoustic
guitar and is strummed very _lightly_. This part is very
hard to make out so once again it is could be wrong.

[BASE Fill 1]: Just the base and Jimmy's cymbols here.
Can be played on guitar also.

Intro: [MAIN RIFF] 4x's

[Main Riff]: Played through entire song, except when [BASE Fill 1] is
played then [Main Riff] starts up again

I lay my head...

[BASE Fill 1]

[Main Riff] starts up here

[Fill 1][electric]: This is a SLOW slide. Listen to the CD

                              (dmb181@sierra.net)

This song is pretty simple. It consists of one basic part.
  It looks like this:
e[-------2---2--2-0--2----2-2----2------2---2--2-0--2----2-2-]
B[--0h2--2-2-2--2-0--2-2--2-2--2-2-0h2--2-2-2--2-0--2-2--2-2-]
G[--3----3-3-3--3-3--3-3--3-3--3-3-3----3-3-3--3-3--3-3--3-3-]
D[--4----4-4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4-4----4-4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4-]
A[--4----4-4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4-4----4-4-4--4-4--4-4--4-4-]
E[--0h2--2-2-2--2-0----2--2-2--2---0h2--2-2-2--2-0----2--2-2-]

There are a few slide parts. If you want to learn those, look at
Carlos Bustos's tab. He has all the slide parts tabbed
out.
The most common variation is like this:
e[--3--2----------------]
B[--5--4----------------] When Billy sings:
G[--5--4------PAUSE-----] "cool as ice cream"
D[--5--4----------------] there is no pause, go straight
A[--3--2----------------] into the one main part.
E[----------------------]

Another part of the song, an interlude has this:
e[--2------0-------2-------0------]
B[--2------0-------2-------0------] with ad-lib guitar noise
G[--3------3-------3-------3------] (the slide part is just
D[--4------4-------4-------4------] slow and quiet)
A[--4------4-------4-------4------]
E[--2------0-------2-------0------]

I have an idea on how the outro goes, but it doesn't
sound exactly right, so if anyone can correct me, please do so.
e[-------------------0---0---0----]
B[--2--2-2-22-2-2--0-0-0-0-0-0----] I can kinda hear a slide
G[--3--3-3-33-3-3--3-3-3-3-3-3----] part that sounds like
D[--4--4-4-44-4-4--4-4-4-4-4-4----] this right here:
A[--4--4-4-44-4-4--4---4---4------] A[--9s7-7-9s7-7-9--]
E[--2--2-2-22-2-2--0---0---0------]
               BOTH GUITARS HAVE HEAVY DISTORTION!!!!!

 SONG ENDS ON F#

The story behind the weird crashing sound at the end is
not one I know. If anybody can explain what is #$&@ is going
 on!!!!!!!!!!!!!
