This song is easiest to play fingerpicking, which is what I think the
album is, although I
could be wrong.  There are also multiple overdubs which makes this song
very hard to play.  The
2nd guitar tuning is just my best guess.  Mr. Mushok uses many unusual
tunings and......well any
corrections are always welcome...This is a tough song, so flame away if
your ear is
better than mine. 
 
If you are playing this by yourself with first position chords, change
the F#m to a D/F
in the chorus, I think it sounds a little better.
