This is the author's interpretation.  

I must give credit where it's due.  The tuning is directly from the Tea
Party's Official Web Site, so you know it is authentic and also that
I didn't figure it out myself!  Anyways, I also have to give credit
to Paul Stipack, although he has never talked to me, his tab for this
song is the basis for my interpretation.
