use tons and tons of distortion, get your bassist to use tons of distortion 
too!
(just get the bass to follow the roots of the power chords)

All of the following _SHOULD_ be correct (it sounds right when I play it)
there are a few extra twiddles and holds on some notes which I haven't included
as I'm not sure exactly how they go (and it would increase the ammount of work
100 fold!)
The timing in the tab is about right, but I advise you to listen to the track
and play along. As for the structure, it's not complicated and there aren't 
many
surprises!
