You don't need the D chord but I like to throw it in there.

The verse is the same progression with hammers and ghost notes.

In the chorus throw in an A slide.

I think the harmonic is the G around the 12 fret and up to the 20th (I'm
doing this on an acoustic so it's hard to tell).

Any correction would be welcomed.
